Any account that is inactive will be archived and the information will be erased after 14 days. Certain records must be kept meeting the FCA’s rules and so the Company will restrict access by an archiving process. All information must be retained for a period of seven years from the end of your relationship with us, unless it is subject to actual or potential legal or regulatory investigations.
